Greater Frederick Church of Christ

The Greater Frederick Church of Christ (GFCOC) was officially planted in September 2007. The initial team consisted of 27 disciples who live in the City of Frederick and its surrounding area.  The team is led by Steve & Martha Pugh.  They meet on the 2^nd & 4^th Sundays (4:00 - 6:00 pm) for Sunday Worship/Church Service, and on every Thursday (4:00 - 6) and have Thursday Midweek Services on Thursday nights at 7pm.

• Sunday Worship/Church Details:  Services are held every 2nd & 4th Sundays (4:00-6:00pm) at the Hilton Garden Inn - at 7226 Corporate Court, Frederick, MD 21703.
• Midweek Service Details:  Services are held every Thursday evening within the Frederick, MD area.

Letter of Encouragement

Dear Brothers and Sisters of the Montgomery County Church of Christ:

My family and I, along with the members of the Greater Frederick Church of Christ (GFCOC), would like to thank you for your continued prayers, support and encouragement as we work to advance Gods Kingdom in this region of our state.  As many of you know, the GFCOC was established in October of 2007 with a team of 26 members meeting together for midweek services while continuing to meet with Montgomery County on Sundays. In February of this year we began to hold two Sunday services each month in Frederick. At those services we've been having approximately 60 in attendance. God has blessed the church with answered prayers, spiritual revival and growth through disciples moving into the area, restorations and baptisms.

It has been exciting to see the faith of so many continue to grow. This growth has expressed itself in the disciples devoting themselves more fully to Christ and his mission. Many are using their talents to serve and help those in need and to reach out to the lost with the Gospel of Jesus.

We constantly pray for you, that you will continue to grow in your faith and devotion to the Lord, that your lives may reflect the glory of God in your communities and that he will use you to accomplish his great work in Montgomery County!

May God be glorified through our lives until we meet him on that great day!
