Ruben and Barbara Marbury serve as the Evangelist and Women's Ministry Leader for the Montgomery County Church of Christ. Ruben is from Pittsburgh, PA and Barbara is a native Washingtonian. They have both been disciples for many years and came to the DC area to help plant the Washington DC church in 1991. They have served in several churches along the East Coast and Midwest. In 2008 they have been married for seventeen years and have three daughters; Krista, Bryanna and Soraya.

Paolo and Cara became Christians at the University of Maryland around 1999. While Paolo attended graduate school at the American University Washington College of Law, Cara worked on the church staff as an intern. They had served in various capacities in the teen and campus ministries before joining the staff full-time in 2004. Married since 2002, they have 2 children - Matteo and Natalia. They continue to serve as campus ministers at University of Maryland and the regional community colleges and also work with the Northwest region of the church

Steven and Martha serve as the Ministry Couple for the Greater Frederick Church of Christ. Martha grew up in South Florida and Steven is a native of Maryland. Both Steven and Martha have been Christians for many years. They have been married for 13 years and have two children, Carter and Hunter. Before entering the full time ministry in April 2007, Steven worked as a biologist and Martha as a teacher and sign language interpreter.
